Nabil Saleh

Chairman

The Immediate Past President of the Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA), Saleh was the first Deputy President of PHCCIMA, and the Managing Director, M. Saleh & Company Limited, an energy and agricultural company dealing in the sale and servicing of high-quality generators, transformers, tractors, concrete mixers, waste bins, and other heavy-duty equipment. He is also the Chief Executive Officer, Golden Sands Systems and Materials Limited, a limited liability company based in Port Harcourt, and currently a super-agent for Ntel. Saleh is result-driven, self-motivated, innovative, and resourceful with proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams to maximise company profitability and proficiency. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from the Beirut Arab University. He is also the Second Vice Chairman, Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (Rivers/Bayelsa States Branch).

Oluwatoyin Isaac Elegbede

Executive Director

Mr. Elegbede joined the Federal Civil Service on 2nd October, 1980 and worked in different Ministries, Departments and Agencies of Government in several States of Nigeria (Bauchi, Kano and Sokoto) and FCT, Abuja. He retired on May 27, 2015 as a Director (Administration) in the Presidency. As a public administrator, he was entrusted with sensitive assignments in the Ministries, Departments and Agencies where he served. His last seven years in service was in the Presidency where he served at various times as Director (Admin), Office of the Vice President (September 2008 – May 2010) and Director, Office of the Chief of Staff to the President (June 2010 – May, 2015). After public service, he set up a consultancy outfit, EBOOAB Nig. Ltd., specializing in management, governance and human resource development. Mr. Elegbede is a Member, Nigerian Institute of Management.

Dinesh-Rathi

Board Member

Dinesh is also the Group Chief Finance Officer for Tolaram Group’s African businesses. He holds a degree of B. Com (Hons) (first class) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, India (1998) and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (1999) and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (2003). He has worked with prestigious companies like Hindustan Lever Limited (Unilever Group) (1998 to 2000) and ICICI Bank (Largest Private Sector Indian Bank) (2000 to 2004). He joined Tolaram Group as Finance Controller in Lucky Fibres in November 2004. He was promoted as General Manager of Lucky Fibres in June 2005. During his tenure of three and half years, Lucky Fibres witnessed strong growth and a profitable track record. Mr Dinesh was promoted as Group Chief Financial Officer, Nigeria in January 2009 and is currently Group Chief Financial Officer, Africa. His areas of expertise include Strategy, Finance, Accounting and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Nneka Folake Ikejiani

Board Member

A Management Consultant specializing in Programme Management and Administration has an extensive background in the oil and gas and public sector with a focus on social development. Ms. Ikejiani additionally has vast experience in Conference Management targeted at Capacity Building across various professions. Ms. Ikejiani serves as a Strategic Consultant on Program Delivery to the Federal Government of Nigeria with a focus on Social Intervention Priorities. She has also served as a Consultant to The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and The Petroleum Technology and Development Fund (PTDF) as well as several international and local oil and gas companies. She was a member of the Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board inception team where along with the Executive Secretary; she implemented the set-up of the new organization. Additional work experience includes Chief Operating Officer at Slonergy Oil and Gas, Country Coordinator Gabon at Geoservices S.A., and Manager Africa Region at Getenergy UK. Ms. Ikejiani is a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt and has numerous professional certifications in Contract Negotiation, Problem solving and Analytical Thinking, Project Management and Results Based Monitoring and Evaluation Systems. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Blessed with a daughter, Ms. Ikejiani is bi-lingual and is an avid long-distance runner having participated in several marathons all over the world including the World Marathon Majors. While she enjoys reading and travelling, Ms. Ikejiani is also involved with many non-profit organizations dedicated to the improvement of the lives of vulnerable people.
